Get the Rexton App on your phone

  1. Open the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android).
  2. Search for "Rexton App" and tap Download or Install.
  3. Open the app and follow the steps to connect your hearing aids.
  4. When prompted, allow Bluetooth and notifications so the app can function properly

Experiencing issues with the Rexton App? These simple steps can help you get things working smoothly again:

If too many apps are running in the background, general app performance can suffer. Let's start with the simplest of solutions and turn the phone off and back on. Completely power the phone off. After 30 seconds, power the phone back on. When the phone is fully powered on, launch the Signia app and check for functionality.

 

To restart the hearing aids:

  • For rechargeable hearing aids, place them in the charger for 10 seconds. After 10 seconds, take the hearing aids back out. They will turn on automatically.
  • For hearing aid that use exchangeable batteries, open and close the battery doors. If the batteries are close to being depleted, please exchange the batteries for a new one.

Reset the app:

  1. Open the Rexton App
  2. Tap the menu icon (three lines) in the top left corner
  3. Go to Settings > App Settings > Set up the app
  4. Confirm by tapping OK (this won’t change your hearing aid settings)
  5. If your hearing aids have Bluetooth, choose the Bluetooth option and follow the instructions
  6. If not, choose Manual and follow the steps shown on screen
  7. Once setup is done, test the app again

Reinstall the app:

  1. Press and hold the Rexton App icon and select Uninstall or Delete
  2. Go to the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android) and search for Rexton
  3. Tap Install to download it again
  4. Open the Rexton App and follow the setup instructions
  5. Accept any Bluetooth permission requests
  6. When setup is complete, check if the app is working
Go to the Connectivity & Pairing page and follow the steps to reconnect your hearing aids to your phone.
Your phone or operating system might not be supported. Check the Device Compatibility page to see which devices work with the Rexton App.

Some older phones or hearing aid models may not support all app features.

FAQs for the Rexton Assist

Rexton Assist is an AI feature in the Rexton App that gives you real-time support. It adjusts your hearing aids based on your input and learns over time to improve its recommendations.
Rexton Assist works with most Bluetooth-enabled Rexton hearing aids. It does not support CROS configurations.
No. Changes made by Rexton Assist are automatically saved to your main hearing program. If you're using a different program, your hearing aids will switch to the main one during adjustments. Other programs are not affected.
Yes. If your hearing aids are compatible and up to date, you can use Rexton Assist to fine-tune streaming audio. Just open the Assist while you are streaming to access this option.

You can undo them at any time. Tap the gear icon and select Revert all changes to return to the original settings from your hearing care professional.

No. Rexton Assist is cloud-based and requires an internet connection to function.
Yes. All data used by Rexton Assist is fully anonymized and never linked to your identity. The system only looks at general usage patterns to improve support. You can review the privacy settings in the app under Settings > Privacy Management > Rexton Assist Privacy Settings
